SWELL Construction: The City of Palmerston is currently redeveloping the SWELL Leisure Centre, which will include a new 50-meter pool, splash and play area, events area, basketball half court, accessible toilets and change rooms, and aquatic play structure. The project is expected to be completed in 2024.

Archer Waste Management Facility (AWMF) Upgrade: The City of Palmerston is upgrading the AWMF to maximise recycling participation, improve safety, and enable separation and recovery of recyclable waste streams. The project is expected to be completed in 2023.

Zuccoli Community Hub: The City of Palmerston is constructing a new Zuccoli Community Hub, which will provide a central space for community gatherings, activities, and events. The hub will include a multi-purpose room, kitchen, meeting rooms, and outdoor space. The project is expected to be completed in 2023.

Palmerston Central Development: The City of Palmerston is developing a new city centre in the heart of Palmerston. The development will include a mix of commercial, residential, and community uses. The project is expected to be completed over several stages, with the first stage due to be completed in 2024.

Casuarina Aquatic and Leisure Centre: The City of Darwin is redeveloping the Casuarina Pool into the Casuarina Aquatic and Leisure Centre, which will provide a modern, family-friendly destination for generations of Darwinites to come. The project is expected to be completed in 2024.

Casuarina Shopping Centre Redevelopment: Casuarina Shopping Centre is undergoing a major redevelopment, which will include a new Coles supermarket, new specialty stores, and a new food and dining precinct. The redevelopment is expected to be completed in 2024.

The following are some of the main building and construction projects in Humpty Doo, Darwin NT:

Arnhem Highway Duplication: The Northern Territory Government is duplicating a 10-kilometre section of the Arnhem Highway from the Stuart Highway intersection to Kostka Road in Humpty Doo. The project is expected to be completed in 2024.

Humpty Doo Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade: The Northern Territory Government is upgrading the Humpty Doo Wastewater Treatment Plant to increase its capacity and improve its treatment performance. The project is expected to be completed in 2023.

Humpty Doo Industrial Estate Expansion: The Northern Territory Government is expanding the Humpty Doo Industrial Estate to create new jobs and attract new businesses to the region. The project is expected to be completed in 2024.

Humpty Doo Town Centre Development: The Northern Territory Government is developing a new town centre in Humpty Doo, which will include a mix of commercial, retail, and community uses. The project is expected to be completed over several stages, with the first stage due to be completed in 2023.
